ISO148, EN10045, ASTM E23 Impact Testing Machine for Metal Material
Successful Installation and Commissioning of Metal Material Impact Testing Machine in Vietnam
With the rapid development of Vietnam’s metallurgical and manufacturing industries, the demand for high-precision metal material testing equipment has been soaring. Recently, our company’s ISO148, EN10045, and ASTM E23 compliant metal material impact testing machine has completed successful installation and commissioning at a leading metallurgical enterprise in Hai Phong, Vietnam.
The client is a key enterprise engaged in the production of construction steel, automotive sheet metal, and aluminum alloy components in northern Vietnam. With the expansion of its business scale and the upgrading of product lines, the enterprise faces increasingly strict requirements for metal material performance testing. the enterprise decided to introduce a high-performance impact testing machine that meets international standards. After in-depth market research and multiple technical comparisons, our company’s impact testing machine, which fully complies with ISO148, EN10045, and ASTM E23 standards, was selected due to its stable performance, high testing accuracy, and perfect after-sales service.
The installed impact testing machine is specially designed for metal material impact performance testing, with a maximum impact energy of 500J, which can meet the testing needs of various metal materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy. The equipment adopts advanced digital control system, which can automatically complete the whole testing process including pendulum lifting, release, impact, and data collection, effectively ensuring the accuracy and repeatability of testing results.
In terms of standard compliance, the machine fully meets the requirements of international standards such as ISO148 (Metallic materials – Charpy impact test), EN10045 (Metallic materials – Charpy impact test for ferritic steels), and ASTM E23 (Standard Test Methods for Notched Bar Impact Testing of Metallic Materials). It supports both Charpy and Izod impact tests, and can perform testing at different temperatures by matching with a temperature control box, which is capable of simulating the impact performance of materials under various working conditions. This provides the client with strong support in material selection, process optimization, and product quality verification.
