Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine

High-precision hydraulic universal testing machines designed for testing the mechanical properties of materials are widely used in laboratories, factories, and quality inspection agencies.

WAW-E Serie Hydraulic Universal Testing Machine (UTM)一Tensile, Compression, and Bending Testing Machine

The machine adopts hydraulic loading, digital display, easy and convenient to operate. It is mainly used to execute the tension, compression, bending, flexural etc. test for metal materials. Attached with simple accessories and devices, it can be used to test wood, concrete, cement, rubber, and so on. It is very suitable for making test to different metal or nonmetal materials under high toughness and hardness against extreme big loading force.

Load meets or exceeds the following standards: ASTM E4, ISO7500-1, EN 10002-2, BS1610, DIN 51221.

Strain measurement meets or exceeds the following standards: ASTM E83, ISO 9513, BS 3846 and EN 10002-4.

General FAQs

Q: What kind of test can do ?

Steel rebar, strand, concrete block, bolt, pipe, wire rope etc

Spoke load cell, with accuracy 1 class

Tensile, compression, bending, shear test, etc

Q: What kind of oil need and how much quantity?

No.46 anti wear hydraulic oil, for not more than 1000kn, 100L is enough.

We supply the bolts together with the machine to you, size is M16

Regular maintenance is critical to ensure accuracy and longevity:

Daily: Inspect cables, sensors, and specimen grips for wear or damage.

Monthly: Calibrate load cells and displacement transducers (per ISO/ASTM standards).

Annually: Service actuators, hydraulic systems (if applicable), and update software.

After heavy use: Check for loose components or abnormal noise, and lubricate moving parts as needed.
